Returns Policy

This Returns Policy applies to products purchased from EastJump Australia. We specialise in inflatable products, including large, commercial, and custom-made items. The nature of these products means that returns and cancellations are handled differently from standard retail goods.
This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
1. Change of Mind
Due to the size, nature, and production process of inflatable products, change of mind returns are generally not accepted once an order has entered production or has been dispatched.
If you wish to cancel an order before production has commenced, you must contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests are subject to confirmation and may incur reasonable administrative or material costs.
Custom-made, personalised, or made-to-order products are not eligible for change of mind returns.
2. Damaged Products on Delivery
If your product arrives damaged, you must notify EastJump Australia within a reasonable time after delivery, preferably within 48 hours.
When reporting damage, please provide the following information:
Your order number
Clear photos or videos showing the damage
Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label
Products should not be installed or used if damage is identified on arrival, as this may affect the assessment of your claim.
3. Manufacturing Defects
If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will assess the issue and determine an appropriate solution.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair guidance, replacement materials or parts, or product replacement where appropriate.
Manufacturing defects do not include normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, improper installation, modification, inadequate supervision, or failure to follow provided care and safety instructions.
4. Return Approval Process
All return, damage, or warranty requests must be approved by EastJump Australia before any product is returned.
We may request additional information, photos, or videos to assist in assessing your claim. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping
Due to the size and weight of inflatable products, return shipping is handled on a case-by-case basis.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original delivery charges are non-refundable.
In many cases, suitable solutions such as repair guidance or replacement parts may be provided without requiring the product to be returned.
6. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Returns Policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product has a major failure, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as provided by law.
